Hope the weekend is treating you well.
I came across a very succinct and apt quote today that I really want to share with you all-
“If you know what you are going to write when you’re writing a poem, it’s going to be average.”
I really couldn’t have summed it up any better myself- my best works have been those where I’ve just let the ink do the talking, and some of my favourite works have had little or no forethought or design whatsoever and as such the end result has been as surprising to me as it is to my readers!
