Is the weekend treating you well so far?
I came across this quote earlier today and felt like sharing it with you all-
“People say, ‘What advice do you have for people who want to be writers?’ I say, they don’t really need advice, they know they want to be writers, and they’re gonna do it. Those people who know that they really want to do this and are cut out for it, they know it.”
Very much the advice I give anyone asking how to be poet, or any kind of artist. You can learn to improve your technique and expand your style with the help of others,  but you have to have the natural ability and awareness of said ability to start – no one can teach you that.
Wouldn’t you agree?
